  • After nearly 20 years working in the tech sector, primarily consulting and software startups, I wanted to spend less time traveling and more time doing something I was passionate about — while raising a family — so I made the decision to pivot, take a risk, and do residential construction full-time. Construction and Home Remodeling has always been something I have been drawn to, now I get to work with clients realize their dreams for their homes every day.

We prefer to work directly with homeowners who are invested in project success, are value-driven, and understand that you get what you pay for.

Our focus is to help homeowners realize their vision for their home.

  1. Renew – Work with clients to renovate existing spaces, reimagine the inside or outside of the home, we can bring in our design team and design/build, build to spec, working together with our clients to refresh and renew.
  2. Renovate – Work with clients looking to add new square footage, renew/refresh existing spaces.  Providing both design/build services as well as building from provided plans.
  3. Build – New Construction, Demo and Rebuild, ADU/Accessory Builds, Phased Construction Services.

Our priorities on any project are to always plan ahead, remember that details matter, communicating better, being efficient, maintaining a clean job site, holding ourselves and our trades accountable, and doing it for a fair price.

Our communication process is straightforward as well, say what you are going to do, do it, ask for feedback, and focus on continuous improvement.

“Good buildings come from good people, and all problems are solved by good design.”   — Stephen Gardiner
